What is a "Thinking Day"?
Hello again. I'm Emily Waypa. I'll tell you about our scout troop meetings.
Every year we hold a "Thinking Day" for all the troops in the area. Each troop researches a foreign country. We have to find out how people in that country live, dress and eat. We try to make food from that country. We have a big meeting to share what we learned from these countries. We also share sample food and music from these places. This year we learned about Germany (德国), Costa Rica (哥斯达黎加), Jamaica (牙买加) and Greece (希腊). It would be fun to include China next year!
