我们先来了解一下什么是现在完成时？

现在完成时:现在完成时表示动作过去开始，但持续到现在，或过去发生的动作，对现在产生后果或影响。常和for+一段时间，already, ever, never, just, yet, in the past few years/ over the last thirty years, so far, up to now, since 1980等状语连用。
例如: Great changes have taken place in China in the past few years.注：表示短暂行为的动词不能和延续性时间状语连用。
如:It has been over two weeks since he came back from England.

1.完成式的三种基本表达法。 
1)I have been to the war.我参加过打仗。 
Australia.我去过澳大利亚。 
2)I have been there.我去过那里。 
abroad.我到过国外。 
(have been + 副词，不用to; been = gone and returned.) 
3)Have you ever been to Australia.你以前去过澳大利亚吗？(ever强调“以前”)

I have never been to Australia.我从未过澳大利亚。 
I have never been there.我从未去过那里。 
I have never been abroad.我从未去过国外。

2.现在完成式常和下列各词及短语连用。 
1)He has just bought...(他刚买了...) 
2)He has been there for six months.(有六个月了。)

有时用up till now 换用so far: 
Up till now I have been to New York three times.
=I have been to New York three times so far.

1.He is finding他觉得。用在进行式是一种带有感情色彩的用法find在从句中的用法小结：（两种常见结构）
They found that John was quite a good student.
They found him quite a good student.
He found the trip very exciting.
He found that the trip was very exciting.
2.that从句后面有主、谓。否则就是宾语补语形式。
如：
他觉得这件事不是轻而易举的事。
错误表达：
He found that this no light task.
正确表达：
He found that this was no light task.(有主谓)
He found this no light task.(宾语补语)
