Buying Sneakers a Sign of a Leader
If you like style and have an enthusiasm for purchasing sneakers, then it is a good sign you have leadership characteristics, according to a study of people who buy three or more pairs of sneakers in a year. A media company based in New York, Mindset Media, researched the characteristic traits of frequent sneaker buyers and found that 61 percent of those consumers are likely to possess the qualities of a leader.
Types of sneakers are targeted toward different audiences because of styles and colors. Depending on these attributes, it forecasts the purchasers’ mindset on a particular item. For example, people who prefer organic food are more open to trying new experiences.
The poll contacted 7,500 people using a market research group and found that frequent buyers of sneakers were 50 percent more likely to be assertive and 47 percent more likely to be spontaneous. These personality traits apply for all areas regardless of demographics and personal background.
