S. climate change, energy, and environment consultancy that has long supported the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in developing the annual U.S. national GHG inventory, and brings a nearly 20-year history of supporting U.S. bilateral environmental cooperation programs in China. The U.S.-China Sustainable Buildings Partnership, implemented by ICF and supported by USAID, will provide additional technical, information dissemination, and outreach support to the initiative.

美国馆的可持续性倡议获得美铝基金会提供的资金支持。该基金会承诺在其内部的运行、整个产业以及世界各地的社区应对气候变化。倡议将委托美国具有领先地位的气候变化、能源和环境咨询公司ICF国际公司（ICF International）负责实施。该公司历来支持美国环境保护署（U.S. Environmental Protection Agency）编制年度全美温室气体清册（U.S. national GHG inventory），同时拥有近20年为美国在中国建立的双边环境合作计划提供支持的经验。由 ICF国际公司实施并由美国国际开发暑（USAID）支持的美中可持续性建筑伙伴关系（The U.S.-China Sustainable Buildings Partnership）将为该倡议提供附加的技术、信息传播以及外联支持。
