你晚上能睡个好觉吗？还是经常失眠？睡不好？睡不够？那你可要注意是不是有“睡眠障碍”了。3月21日是“世界睡眠日”，Sleep Well, Grow Healthy（优质睡眠，健康成长）成为今年世界睡眠日主题。由于课业负担的加重，越来越多的青少年也开始“睡不好觉”了。

和成年人不同，患有“睡眠障碍”的儿童表现为行为异常，有可能被误认为患有注意力缺陷及多动障碍。

文中的sleep disorder就是指“睡眠障碍”，指的是insomnia（失眠）；narcolepsy/sleepiness（嗜睡）；以及睡眠中的异常行为，比如sleepwalking（梦游）、nightmare（梦魇）等问题。如今很多人受到poor sleep（睡眠质量差）的困扰，缺乏deep sleep（深度睡眠），甚至患上sleep apnea（睡眠呼吸暂停）。这都为大家的健康敲响了警钟。

睡眠不够好的朋友们可以尝试多锻炼，调整biological clock（生物钟），制定一个sleep schedule（睡眠时间表）。No nightcaps（睡前不要喝酒）。No late-afternoon or evening naps（不要在下午或者晚上小睡）。另外，爱美的人们一定要坚持在晚上11点到凌晨3点睡个beauty sleep（美容觉，夜间睡足以保持健康美丽），不仅有利皮肤，更有利于健康。

神卫生法草案的起草人之一，被誉为中国司法精神病学泰斗的四川大学华西医院博士生导师刘协和透露，最新修改的《精神卫生法(征求意见稿)》已发出，《精神卫生法》最快有望在年内出台。

A long-delayed draft law expected to be passed this year marks a significant shift from the treatment of mental illness to its prevention, said Sichuan University's Liu Xiehe.

四川大学刘协和表示，搁置已久并且有望在今年通过的这部（精神卫生）法标志着从精神疾病治疗到防范的重大转变。

At least 56 million patients with mental ailments across the country have not received any treatment and only one in four patients with serious mental disorders are hospitalized.

全国至少有5600万精神病患者得不到任何治疗，而且严重精神障碍患者中只有四分之一得到入院治疗。

上面的报道中，mental illness和mental ailment均指“精神疾病”，也叫做mental disorder“精神障碍”，定义为a psychological or behavioral pattern that occurs in an individual and is thought to cause distress or disability that is not expected as part of normal development or culture（一种易导致非正常焦虑或者发展缺陷的个人心理或行为模式）。

我们的劳动形式分为physical labor（体力劳动）和mental labor（脑力劳动），那么除了明显的physical disorder（身体不适）以外，mental disorder（精神障碍）也是不可避免的。尤其现在社会压力大，像depression（抑郁症），autism（自闭症），schizophrenia（精神分裂症）等病症也开始增多了，想要保持mental health（精神健康/卫生）需要更多人一起努力。
