排长龙：big lines/long lines
——big lines，又粗又长的队伍，有没有很形象？

插队：jump a queue
——插队也可以说cut in line
例句：Please queue up for a ticket. Do not jump the queue. 请排队买票，不要插队。

黄牛、票贩子：(ticket)tout
——tout 动词是“兜售；招徕顾客”的意思，名词则为“兜售者”，也就是我们最痛恨的“黄牛”啦！

火车票预定、飞机票预定：book the ticket/make a reservation
——"book"名词作书本讲，而动词则是预订的意思；reservation，预约、预留。
