通常顾客若满意报价,交易即可成立。因此,最好尽所能以高品质,低价位来确保交易。详细调查现在的批发商开出的价格,是否真正具有竞争力是非常必要的。

Dear Sirs,

We received today an inquiry from our trade connections in Taiwan concerning the supply of wrist watches in large quantities. Therefore please let us have full details of your products so that we can pass on the information.

We would like to mention that the connections concerned have made a large number of regular orders for various goods made in Europe over the past five years, and we would ask you to make every effort to quote at a competitive rate in order to secure their business.
