招股说明书(IPO)内部声明
XXX生物公司2006年1月1日宣布，其子公司XYZ有限公司已经就其首次公开发行向美国证券交易委员会提交了S-1注册说明书。
虽然报备了S-1说明书，但本公司目前仍然处于“安静期”。在此安静期间， XXX内部任何人员均不得自由讨论有关XYZ的前瞻性信息（财务展望等）或有关IPO的具体信息（如时间和估值等）。本公司可以继续象往常一样讨论公司的产品和解决方案。
正如以前所讨论的，本公司预期将于2006年中期完成首次公开发行（IPO）。其他信息列于S-1表中，通过证券交易委员会的网站供公众查阅。
IPO Drawer Statement
AAA Biologic announced on January 1, 2006, that its subsidiary, AAA, filed an S-1 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for AAA’s initial public offering.
Even with the filing of the S-1, we remain in a “quiet period”. During this quiet period, no one within AAA is at liberty to discuss forward-looking information about AAA (financial outlook, etc.) or specific information about the IPO (timing, valuation, etc.). We can continue to discuss our products and solutions as normal.
