张柏芝、谢霆锋离婚声明原文：

本人张柏芝、谢霆锋正式宣布我们因性格不合而共同决定离婚。有关离婚事宜，我们已和平地达成协定。

我们将共同管养我们的两个孩子，一切皆会以两小孩的幸福成长为主要考虑因素。

就近月有关传媒报导关于我们的离婚事宜，实质上与事实不符。我们保留追究之权利，亦请大家不用再为此事作胡乱猜测。

我们在此向各界对我们两人及家人的关心表示衷心感激，亦希望大家给予我们两人及家人尤其一对小孩宁静的生活空间，让其开心快乐成长。

本声明以后，我们将不会就离婚事宜再作任何回应。

外媒早前就张柏芝、谢霆锋婚变事件的报道：

Yesterday, the newly-signed management company of Cecilia Cheung (张柏芝) broke their silence for the first time to clarify about the divorce proceedings between Cecilia and Nicholas Tse (谢霆锋) . Cecilia’s management company expressed that they planned to sue the two Hong Kong media sources for fabricating reports that Cecilia was “rearing infant ghosts” and wanting custody of both her sons as well as money in the divorce.

In addition, Cecilia’s management company also announced that they planned to take renowned radio talkshow host, Eileen Cha (查小欣) to court. Earlier, Eileen exposed that Nicholas and Cecilia had intentions to divorce, to court. At the same time, Cecilia also re-emphasized through her management company that she does not want money and only wants her kids.
