漫漫轻阴露月光。
秋逼暗虫通夕响，
寒夜未寄莫飞霜。

The hourglass dripping, dripping, through the night long,
Behind the spreading clouds the moon peeps down.
Throughout the night rings insects' autumn song.
O frost, do wait till I send him his warm gown!
