ABC电视台将要推出新剧“Sendera”，女主角敲定为《绝望主妇》（Desperate Housewives）中的伊娃-朗格利亚（Eva Longoria）和《铁证悬案》（Cold Case）女主角凯瑟琳-莫里斯(Kathryn Morris)。伊娃和凯瑟琳分别拥有自己的娱乐经济公司，此次两家公司都参与了新剧“Sendera”的制作。
 
　　新剧“Sendera”是一部现代莎士比亚式的肥皂剧，主角凯瑟琳-莫里斯就是最初的剧集策划人之一。故事发生在德克萨斯州的一个小镇上（伊娃就是土生土长的德克萨斯姑娘），情节围绕一个当地大户和一个墨西哥裔大家族的矛盾展开。剧中人物设定十分丰富，而权利，土地，爱情以及遗产的斗争也是无处不在。
 
　　遭遇情变的伊娃，最近将精力投入到工作中。她掌舵的娱乐公司“Unbelievable Entertainment”除了参与“Sendera”的制作以外，目前也在制作另外两部剧集---ABC电视台的单镜情景喜剧“Parenting by Committee”（家长团）和星光传媒预定的迷你系列剧“Aztecs”。
 
　　“Parenting by Committee”是由伊娃的娱乐公司同ABC电视台合拍。故事的主人公是四个单身女性。突然有一天，其中一个人怀孕了，此后，四个女人组成了家长团，共同抚养她们没有爸爸的小宝宝。另外一部8集短剧“Aztecs”是一部爱情历史剧，讲述的也是纠结的爱恨情仇。

Don’t cry for her, San Antonio!
 
Eva Longoria may be going through heartbreak personally, but professionally, she’s channeling her energy into multiple TV projects, including a Texas-based Romeo and Juliet-style soap for ABC.
 
“Sendera” is being co-executive produced by Kathryn Morris of “Cold Case.”
 
Wouldn’t it be cool if Longoria chose to film at least some of the new drama in her second home of San Antonio?
 
Her entertainment company, UnbeliEVAble, also is developing a half-hour comedy for ABC about four single women who decide to raise a baby without a man. As if that weren’t enough, Longoria is hard at work on her first miniseries: an 8-part historical romance for Starz.

I’m especially curious to see if the credits for this new episode – the first one to air since Eva and Tony filed for divorce – will once again sport the actress’ name sans the Parker at the end.
