If you are a smoker and can quit smoking during the four weeks before the International No Smoking Day on May 31, you’ll be eligible to participate in the International Smoking Cessation Competition. This unique competition was held in China in 2004.

Chinese smokers no longer need to struggle with their addiction. They can overcome this bad habit easily. Electronic cigarettes, invented by Chinese scientists,
use nicotine replacement therapy to make the process of giving up smoking seem
more natural.

kind of fog disperses quickly, leaving little pollution in the air.





The smoker can start with the high nicotine content cigarette to satisfy his craving. He will gradually have fewer cravings and smoke the zero content nicotine

Scientists claim it’s never too later to quit smoking, but the earlier the better.

A study shows that a smoker's chance of having breast cancer is 15%. If the smoker quits smoking at the age of 50, this will be reduced to 6%.
