Hill: Talks on a peace treaty is possible
The chief US envoy to the DPRK nuclear talks says talks on a peace treaty can begin after Pyongyang disables its nuclear facilities, as promised, by the end of the year.
Christopher Hill, Chief US Nuclear Envoy, said, "Essentially we're looking to get through substantial disabling, and we would then hope to begin some discussions in a format that we really need to put together, but along the lines of the directly related parties. But that has to be determined precisely. And then we would look forward to concluding something, but it would have to be in the context of complete denuclearization."
